Weight is only one number that tells us a small part of the health picture. So many things change our weight (for example, if you are building muscle your weight can go up! or If you’re going through periods of hormonal change, your body will change as well which we can control only so much).
I will help you focus on what you have control over (your daily habits) and your weight will come to where it naturally should be as a result. The goal is a healthy body and a healthy relationship to food so you are equipped to feed your body what it needs, feel energized, and live a healthy life.
